Elite Garden Rooms

Garden Rooms have become one of the most popular home improvement trends. We can create bespoke garden rooms to suit any property. Our adaptable garden rooms will be perfect to extend your living space. Each garden room is handmade to order by our professional Elite production team in Staffordshire. Multiple layers of insulation means that the building is comfortable all year round.

Insulation

Roof and walls are fully insulated with 50mm high porous insulation.

Cladding

We offer a choice of outer wall cladding. Factory spray painted timber cladding as a standard choice. (Optional upgrades for cedar or composite cladding is available)

Windows & Doors

Customers can choose to have UPVC doors and windows. Alternatively, customers can also choose to have Aluminium doors and windows. We have various different styles, shapes and sizes to choose from.

Internal Boards

All garden rooms are internally cladded with primed MDF as standard which is ready to be painted. (Optional upgrade for a timber tongue and groove is available)

Roof

We offer a EPDM rubber roofing system as standard on all flat roof garden rooms. On the apex roofs you can choose to have cedar slats, felt tiles, slate eco tiles or cedar shingles.

Installation

We do not charge extra for installation or delivery. All our garden rooms are installed by our team of in-house experienced fitters.
